Not just for cats and dogs

Over the years, Cheryl has advertised that she helps dogs and cats. Years ago Cheryl used to help parrots as well, and recently she is returning to her roots. Having discovered a wonderful parrot sanctuary in Louisa, Cheryl has been renewing her skills working with rescued parrots. These are wild animals, far from being domesticated, and not an animal companion to take into your home without a great deal of research. Many are loud and prone to biting.

Before deciding to venture out and purchase a bird, it is highly recommended that you contact a parrot rescue and volunteer to learn more. To find out more about our local parrot rescue, log on to
